Kitchen Fun and Crafty Friday link party & GIVEAWAY!!!


It's time for our Kitchen Fun and Crafty Friday link party! We were a bit late posting our party last week due to us being at Disney, but now we are back on track!  We also wanted to offer a Giveaway to all of you! We reached over 7,000 fans on Facebook this week and thought this would be the perfect time to give something away to all of you courtesy of Country Crock!

    Thank you for hosting this party!
    I have decided to link up our traditional table cener piece in Croatia – Advent Corolla. It has 4 candles – symbols for 4 Sundays prior to Christmas. At every Sunday dinner, family lights up candles; this Sunday we will light first candle, next Sunday two etc… These candles are put out not by blowing but with piece of bread dipped in wine, usually done by the youngest in the house.
    I also link traditional Nativity scene placed under the Christmas tree. It is assembled at Christmas Eve by whole family. The figures of Three Wise Men travel slowely toward Jesus' crib untill Epiphany (Jan. 6th) when they meet Jesus.

  29. First of all, thanks for hosting, always a great party! For me, it's all about Christmas morning, I love a good egg/sausage casserole, muffins, coffee cake, fresh fruit and of course hot chocolate and/or coffee. Christmas day is good too but the morning is just a special time in our house.
